摘要:

為解決導彈逼近告警器及無(wú)源干擾設備測試成本高、維護保障難的問(wèn)題,研制了一套導彈逼近告警器及無(wú)源干擾設備自動(dòng)檢測系統；設計了系統測試軟件,按照模塊化設計方式,針對設備檢測需求,開(kāi)發(fā)不同的軟件測試模塊并集成；該系統集成度高,配置靈活,操作智能化,功能完整,測試項目全,測試和排故障效率高；經(jīng)試用表明,該檢測系統具有良好的操作性和維護性,可以為導彈逼近告警器及無(wú)源干擾設備檢測維修提供技術(shù)支持,有效節省測試成本和維護保障費用。

Abstract:

In order to solve the high cost in test and the hard in maintenance of Missile Approach Warning System and Chaff/Flare Dispenser (MAWS-CFD) integrated supports, Automatic Test System for MAWS-CFD has been designed. The system-level test software was designed in the way of modeling. The integration of different software parts was processed according to different requirements of equipment inspection. The characteristic features of system were high integration, flexible configuration, intelligent operation, perfect function, complete testing project and increasing test and obstacle avoidance efficiency. The test system was tried on. The results show that the system can offer technical support for maintenance and testing of MAWS-CFD because of the advanced operability and maintainability, which can save cost in test and maintenance efficiently.
