    摘要:

    針對路橋施工過(guò)程中支架結構的安全性能問(wèn)題,設計開(kāi)發(fā)一套基于LabVIEW的安全監控系統,通過(guò)采集應變和傾角信息,全面地監測支架結構所承受的載荷與穩定性;軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)融合了多種技術(shù),利用LabVIEW軟件實(shí)現串口通信、GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò )通信、數據庫訪(fǎng)問(wèn)、數據報警以及Web發(fā)布等功能,將無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò )采集到的數據信息實(shí)時(shí)地反映給操作人員,并同時(shí)具備數據報警、查詢(xún)等功能;測試結果顯示,系統構建了一個(gè)包含10個(gè)傳感器節點(diǎn)的ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò ),并準確地獲得了支架結構在受力變化時(shí)參數的變動(dòng),且實(shí)現了GPRS遠程監控的功能,說(shuō)明系統能夠穩定、準確地對支架的應變和傾角信息進(jìn)行監測,并具有良好的后續開(kāi)發(fā)空間和應用前景。

    Abstract:

    In view of safety performance problem of the support structures in the highway bridge’s construction process, a safety monitoring system based on LabVIEW is proposed. The system collects the strain and angle information, by which, is used to monitor the loading and stability of the support structure. The development of software uses a variety of techniques. The software achieves serial communication, GPRS network communication, database access, Web publishing features by LabVIEW. The software system shows the data information, which is collected by the wireless sensor networks, to the operators in real time, and also has data alarm, data query, and other functions. As the test results show, this system builds a ZigBee network of ten transducers, gets the change of parameters when the support structure has a change in the force accurately, and realizes the function of GPRS remote monitoring. Therefore, this system is able to monitor the strain and angle of the support structure stably and accurately. At the same time, the system has good prospects of the subsequent development.
