摘要:

供配電測試設備中專(zhuān)用設備比例仍較高,導致研制費用高,使用維護不便,操作人員需熟悉各種設備,人員培訓也形成了困難；通過(guò)飛行器通用測試需求分析,結合某項目供配電測試系統方案,提出設備通用、軟件可二次編程的設計方案；通用性測試方案減少了專(zhuān)用設備數量,降低研制費用,提高使用效率,有利于提高設備繼承性和互換性,實(shí)現供配電測試系統高可靠設計；經(jīng)過(guò)通用化設計,設備功能滿(mǎn)足設計要求,指標顯著(zhù)提高,且滿(mǎn)足后續項目需求；最后展望了飛行器測試系統的技術(shù)發(fā)展和應用前景。

Abstract:

The ratio of special equipments for power supply test system is still high, leading to the high cost, inconvenient maintenance, operating and training difficulties. The needs of generic testing by aircrafts were analyzed. Combined with the power supply test system plan, generic hardware and quadratic programming software designs were proposed. This testing system reduced the number of special equipment, reduced development costs, improved efficiency, improved the inheritance and interchangeability, and achieved higher reliability. By this universal design, the requirements were met, indicators were improved significantly, and the test system can be used in the other two projects. Finally, the development and applications of the aircraft test systems were prospected.
