    摘要:

    工業(yè)控制現場(chǎng)自動(dòng)化設備較多,而復雜多變的控制器設備之間相互通信一直以來(lái)是工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)。以工業(yè)自動(dòng)化設備為對象,研制了以AT91SAM9G25微處理器和MODBUS協(xié)議為核心的通訊服務(wù)器,從硬件設計和軟件設計兩方面闡述了系統組成和原理,在功能上通過(guò)通訊服務(wù)器實(shí)現工業(yè)現場(chǎng)多種總線(xiàn)相互兼容,解決了不同自動(dòng)化設備廠(chǎng)家設備間通信障礙的問(wèn)題。試驗結果表明:此設備系統穩定可靠,丟包率低,具有容錯和數據重發(fā)機制,能夠較好的滿(mǎn)足工業(yè)現場(chǎng)需求。

    Abstract:

    There is a lot of automation equipment in the scene of the industrial control, and the communications between the complex controller devices is a hotspot of research on industry control field. This article focuses on the subject of industrial automation equipment, developed the communication server with the core of AT91SAM9G25 microprocessor and MODBUS protocol, and expounds the principle and system composition from two aspects of hardware design and software design, implementing various industrial field bus compatible with each other through the communication server on the function, solving the communication barriers between different automation equipment manufacturers. Experimental results show that this equipment’s system structure is simple, the power consumption is ultra-low, the packet loss rate is low, and has a broad prospect of engineering application.
