摘要:

針對工業(yè)現場(chǎng)對PLC控制系統可靠性提出更高的要求,提出利用冗余技術(shù)提高其可靠性。分析了硬件冗余和軟件冗余在PLC控制系統中的應用,詳細闡述了PLC控制器、輸入輸出口、通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò )和電源各自的冗余方法,并著(zhù)重以西門(mén)子300/400系列PLC為例進(jìn)行了軟硬件冗余的架構和原理分析。最后對冗余控制系統的可靠性進(jìn)行分析,結果表明,使用冗余技術(shù)可使PLC控制系統的可靠性得到明顯提高。

Abstract:

For industrial site put forward higher requirements on the PLC control system reliability, make use of redundant technology to improve its reliability. The applications of hardware redundancy and software redundancy in the PLC control system are analysised, elaborated on PLC controller, input and output ports, communication network and power respective redundancy method, and focused on Siemens 300/400 series PLC as an example to analysis the hardware and software redundant architecture and Principle. Finally, the reliability of Redundant control system is analysised, the results showed that the use of redundant technology enables PLC control system reliability improved significantly.
