摘要:

針對某機載慣導設備在外場(chǎng)的測試需求,設計了以PC-104為顯示、控制和數據處理核心,并擴展程控數字表、多通道矩陣板,構建了原位測試儀的硬件電路；根據系統的功能要求和硬件電路特性,利用LabWindows/CVI虛擬儀器平臺編制了人機接口界面和測試程序,控制硬件電路對某慣導設備的靜態(tài)電阻和在線(xiàn)電壓進(jìn)行測試,并接收、分析、處理慣導原位工作時(shí)輸出的實(shí)時(shí)串行數據,完成對慣導設備的靜態(tài)測試和動(dòng)態(tài)數據監測,實(shí)現對某機載慣導設備原位測試過(guò)程的自動(dòng)化和測試結果管理的智能化,提高了測試效率和精度；通過(guò)改變或控制測試儀器的類(lèi)別,可實(shí)現對多路信號多種性能指標的測試；應用結果表明,該測試儀具有性能穩定、操作簡(jiǎn)便、應用領(lǐng)域廣、通用性強等特點(diǎn)。

Abstract:

The hardware of the in-situ testing system is designed based on PC-104 according to the external field test requirement for some airborne INS. The PC-104 is the core of the display and control and data processor of the in-situ testing system, and the program control digital-meter and multi-channel matrix circuit board are the other constituent part. The Lab Windows/CVI is used for UI and test program based on the requirement of function and the quality of hardware. The static resistance and in-situ voltage can be tested for static testing,and the serial output data of the INS can be received and analyzed and processed to be used for dynamic monitoring. The automation of testing procedure and management of the testing result are achieved. Efficiency and precision are improved greatly. More kinds of capabilities of multi-channel signal can be tested through changing or controlling the type of the test instrument. The testing system has been proved to have the characteristic of stabilization and conveniences and expansibility and universal property. 
