    摘要:

    運載火箭總體方案論證過(guò)程中,由于涉及專(zhuān)業(yè)多、專(zhuān)業(yè)間迭代交互頻繁、設計方案多變等特點(diǎn),容易造成多專(zhuān)業(yè)協(xié)同設計時(shí)版本與技術(shù)狀態(tài)的不統一,需要研究針對運載火箭產(chǎn)品的通用建模方法,并開(kāi)發(fā)相應的軟件系統;基于統一數據源的協(xié)同設計理念,結合運載火箭總體設計與數據模型特點(diǎn),通過(guò)定義基礎信息模型、概念模型、參數模型、外部定義模型4種數據模型,提出了針對運載火箭產(chǎn)品的通用主模型構建方法;將此通用建模方法軟件化,搭建了基于主模型的協(xié)同設計軟件系統整體架構;此架構包含主模型管理系統、主模型建模工具及應用客戶(hù)端三部分,實(shí)現了多專(zhuān)業(yè)協(xié)同設計過(guò)程中數據與版本的統一管理、技術(shù)狀態(tài)一致性分析、譜系追蹤、數據展示與應用等功能;該主模型建模工具與客戶(hù)端軟件系統的實(shí)現,為運載火箭的總體協(xié)同設計提供了工具支撐。

    Abstract:

    In process of launch vehicle overall project conceptual design, due to the characteristics such as multidisciplinary collaboration, frequent iteration and cross disciplinary interaction, and changeable design, the inconsistency between version and technical states among always happen. A general modeling method for launch vehicle is necessary and corresponding software system is desired. Based on the concept of uniform data source collaborative design, combined with the characteristic of launch vehicle system design and data model, through the definition of four kinds of model which included base information model, concept model, parameter model and external definition model, a modeling method of launch vehicle general master model construction is proposed. Further, by developing software to implement the modeling method, a general collaborative software system architecture based on master model is constructed, which included master model management system, master model modeling tool and the application client. It could achieve the version management, the technology consistency analysis, the data lineage tracing and data showing and application, etc. The implementation of modeling tool for master model and the client software system provides tool support for launch vehicle system design.
