    摘要:

    針對飛控計算機在出廠(chǎng)前因無(wú)整體測試環(huán)境而無(wú)法進(jìn)行全時(shí)序測試的問(wèn)題,設計了基于DSP+FPGA的飛控計算機硬件及全時(shí)序綜合測試裝置。根據功能需求設計裝置的總體架構,以DSP+FPGA為核心模塊實(shí)現多種信號處理,通過(guò)構建ARINC429、LVDS和RS-422通信鏈路完成數據通訊,實(shí)現對傳感器、執行機構、安保機構、數據鏈等飛行器組件的模擬,構建出整體測試環(huán)境,在飛控計算機配合下完成硬件及全時(shí)序測試。測試結果表明該裝置功能、性能及實(shí)時(shí)性滿(mǎn)足飛控計算機全時(shí)序測試要求,實(shí)現了對飛控計算機真實(shí)工作環(huán)境的模擬。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the flight control computer (FCC) can not carry out the sequence test because there is no the overall test environment of the flight control system in the factory, the hardware and sequence integrated test device of FCC based on DSP+FPGA is designed. According to the functional requirements, the overall structure of the device is designed. The DSP and FPGA is used as the core module to achieve a variety of signal processing. In order to simulate the components of the aircraft such as sensors, actuators, security mechanism and data-link and build the overall test environment, the communication links of ARINC429, LVDS and RS-422 are built to complete the data transmission. Finally, the hardware and sequence test is completed in coordination with FCC. The test results show that the function, performance and real-time of the device meet the requirements of the sequence test, and realize the simulation of the real working condition of the FCC.
