    摘要:

    2.4米×2.4米暫沖式風(fēng)洞長(cháng)期面臨著(zhù)繁重的試驗任務(wù),部分設備經(jīng)常處于超負荷運行狀態(tài),故障頻次、維修負擔也逐年加重。為了解決風(fēng)洞試修矛盾,提升風(fēng)洞試驗能力,本文基于故障預測與健康管理技術(shù),針對2.4米×2.4米暫沖式風(fēng)洞的運行和保障需求,結合風(fēng)洞裝備管理業(yè)務(wù)流程,從數據采集、數據存儲、數據分析、數據應用這四個(gè)工作流程出發(fā)設計了系統軟硬件架構,最終搭建了大型暫沖式風(fēng)洞自主式維修保障系統。實(shí)現對故障的實(shí)時(shí)監測、診斷、預測。經(jīng)過(guò)系統運行實(shí)踐證明,風(fēng)洞設備的故障率顯著(zhù)降低,試驗能力和效率提升明顯,初步建立了風(fēng)洞的視情維修保障體系。

    Abstract:

    Due to the long-term heavy experiment task of the 2.4m×2.4m intermittent wind tunnel, some equipment sustains an overload operation state. Therefore, it causes the failure frequency and maintenance burden increases year by year. In order to solve the conflict between experiments and maintenance, this paper based on failure prognostic, health management technologies; combined with wind tunnel maintenance requirements and equipment management business process; designed the software and hardware system architecture by following the workflow in terms of data acquisition, data storage, data analysis and data application; established the autonomous maintenance support system for large-scale intermittent wind tunnel. It developed real-time fault monitoring, diagnosis and prognostic ability for wind tunnel. The practice has shown that the failure rate has significantly reduced and the testing capability has improved remarkably of wind tunnel. As a result, a condition-based maintenance and support system is initially established for wind tunnel.
