    摘要:

    針對目前市場(chǎng)上存在的大部分無(wú)線(xiàn)充電系統充電效率低、充電電量可控性差等問(wèn)題,文章設計了一種全新的智能無(wú)線(xiàn)充電系統。該系統在電池模塊中嵌入電量采集模塊、低功耗主控芯片和2.4G通信模塊,充電模塊中嵌入同樣的主控和通信模塊。充電模塊可通過(guò)2.4G無(wú)線(xiàn)通信接收電池的實(shí)時(shí)電壓和充電電流等信息,根據內置的智能算法,通過(guò)振幅調制載波功率限制,實(shí)現自適應動(dòng)態(tài)輸出。實(shí)驗表明,在有效距離內,該系統具有較高的充電效率,具體充電情況可根據電池實(shí)時(shí)電量信息進(jìn)行智能控制,有效地預防了電池過(guò)充和過(guò)放等問(wèn)題。該智能無(wú)線(xiàn)充電系統具有低功耗、轉換效率高、能夠對充放電智能管理等特點(diǎn),可廣泛應用于智能家居、智能醫療、智能穿戴等領(lǐng)域,具有良好的社會(huì )價(jià)值和經(jīng)濟價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of low charging efficiency and poor controllability of charging power in most wireless charging systems at present, a new intelligent wireless charging system is designed. The system is embedded in the battery module, the power acquisition module, the low-power master chip and the 2.4G communication module. The charging module is embedded with the same main control and communication module. The charging module can receive the real-time voltage and charging current information of the battery through 2.4G wireless communication. According to the built-in intelligent algorithm, the adaptive dynamic output can be realized by amplitude modulation carrier power limitation. Experiments show that the system has high charging efficiency within the effective distance, and the specific charging can be intelligently controlled according to the real-time battery information, which effectively prevents battery overcharge and over discharge. The intelligent wireless charging system has the characteristics of low power consumption, high conversion efficiency and intelligent management of charge and discharge. It can be widely applied in smart home, intelligent medical treatment, smart wear and other fields, and has good social and economic value.
