    摘要:

    為加快電動(dòng)汽車(chē)在負載量變化時(shí)所表現出來(lái)的電量響應速率,從而降低執行電動(dòng)機控制指令所需的電能消耗量,設計基于分段PWM占空比輸出的電動(dòng)汽車(chē)電動(dòng)機控制系統。根據帶存貯電容功率變換器的連接狀態(tài),調試功率變換器驅動(dòng)電路、檔位與油門(mén)給定輸入電路的響應形式,聯(lián)合DSP控制板與軟啟動(dòng)模塊,確保滑模轉矩控制器不出現過(guò)量負載的情況,從而將電動(dòng)汽車(chē)電動(dòng)機控制系統的核心設備元件組合起來(lái),完成硬件應用環(huán)境的搭建。在此基礎上,研究PWM 占空比控制原理,利用開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機數學(xué)模型,確定脈沖行為成因,并將整個(gè)脈沖行為區間規劃成多個(gè)分段結構,完成基于分段PWM占空比輸出電動(dòng)機控制行為分析,結合各級應用設備,實(shí)現電動(dòng)汽車(chē)電動(dòng)機控制系統的設計。實(shí)驗結果顯示,在分段PWM占空比輸出原理的作用下,無(wú)論負載量增大或減小,電動(dòng)汽車(chē)所表現出來(lái)的電量響應速率均能保持相對較高的數值水平,能夠將電動(dòng)機控制指令執行所需的電能消耗量保持在理想數值區間之內,符合實(shí)際應用需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to speed up the electric response rate of electric vehicle when the load changes, so as to reduce the electric energy consumption required to execute the motor control command, an electric vehicle motor control system based on the output of piecewise PWM duty ratio was designed. According to the storage capacitor power converter connection status, debugging power converter drive circuit, gear and throttle response forms of a given input circuit, joint DSP control board and soft start module, ensure that synovial excess load torque controller does not happen, which will be the core of the electric motor control system equipment components together, complete the hardware construction of the application environment. On this basis, the principle of PWM duty ratio control, using the mathematical model of switched reluctance motor to determine the pulse behavior causes, and the whole pulse interval planning into multiple block structure, complete output motor based on PWM duty ratio control behavior analysis, combined with various applications, design of the control system of the electric car motor. Experimental results showed that the segmented PWM duty cycle and output principle, under the action of load increases or decreases, and electric vehicle power they can maintain the response rate of relatively high value level, can the electricity consumption for motor control instruction execution keep in ideal numerical range, can meet the demand of practical application.
