    摘要:

    為準確評測機載防火系統的滅火功能與性能,設計基于微壓差測量技術(shù)的滅火劑濃度機載測試系統。通過(guò)真空泵采集滅火劑與空氣復合氣體,利用過(guò)濾器對其展開(kāi)過(guò)濾后,傳輸至微壓差濃度傳感模塊,經(jīng)該模塊的氣體加熱器加熱該氣體,溫度控制器控制所加熱氣體溫度,然后通過(guò)節流設備使其形成壓差,利用壓差傳感器變更壓差信號為電信號,再應用信號處理器展開(kāi)信號處理,計算出滅火劑濃度并得出與其濃度值呈正相關(guān)的電信號;依據該信號,利用流量恒定設備高精度控制滅火劑與空氣復合氣體流量,合并該氣體流量后將其輸入穩壓緩沖罐進(jìn)行緩沖,通過(guò)氣體分析儀測量滅火劑與空氣復合氣體差異濃度和壓差的關(guān)聯(lián),輸出滅火劑濃度數字信號,并利用排氣口將測試完的滅火劑空氣復合氣體排入真空泵,通過(guò)真空泵將測試完的滅火劑空氣復合氣體排放至空氣內。試驗表明:該系統的測量范圍大、測量數據有效且精準程度高,重復與穩定功能性好,滅火劑體積濃度與維持時(shí)長(cháng)在常溫下大于低溫下。

    Abstract:

    In order to accurately evaluate the fire extinguishing function and performance of the airborne fire protection system, an airborne test system for the concentration of fire extinguishing agents based on the micro-pressure difference measurement technology was designed. The composite gas of fire extinguishing agent and air is collected by a vacuum pump, filtered by a filter, and then transmitted to the micro-pressure difference concentration sensing module. The gas is heated by the gas heater of the module, and the temperature controller controls the temperature of the heated gas, and then The throttling equipment is used to form a pressure difference, the pressure difference sensor is used to change the pressure difference signal into an electrical signal, and the signal processor is used to carry out signal processing to calculate the concentration of the extinguishing agent and obtain an electrical signal that is positively correlated with its concentration value; Signal, use constant flow equipment to control the flow of fire extinguishing agent and air composite gas with high precision, combine the gas flow and input it into a pressure stabilized buffer tank for buffering, and measure the correlation between the differential concentration and pressure difference between fire extinguishing agent and air composite gas through a gas analyzer , output the digital signal of fire extinguishing agent concentration, and use the exhaust port to discharge the tested fire extinguishing agent-air composite gas into the vacuum pump, and discharge the tested fire extinguishing agent-air composite gas into the air through the vacuum pump. The test shows that the system has a large measurement range, effective measurement data and high accuracy, good repeatability and stability, and the volume concentration and maintenance time of the fire extinguishing agent are longer at room temperature than at low temperature.
