    摘要:

    針對火箭上浮攻擊水雷打擊概率試驗實(shí)施困難、安全風(fēng)險和耗費高、無(wú)科學(xué)合理評定模型的現狀,在分析火箭上浮水雷打擊毀傷目標工作原理和動(dòng)作過(guò)程的基礎上,結合水下非接觸爆炸毀傷原理,綜合利用誤差分析、數理統計和概率論方法,建立了一套科學(xué)合理可行的水雷打擊概率計算模型;然后通過(guò)解決試驗評定工程化實(shí)施過(guò)程中的測量誤差修正和樣本量分配問(wèn)題,形成了一套可實(shí)際工程化應用的水雷打擊概率試驗評定方案;三型目標艦船的典型計算案例表明,該方案解決了可在封鎖區域內任意點(diǎn)攻擊的火箭上浮水雷打擊概率考核問(wèn)題,在保證試驗評定質(zhì)量的同時(shí)可大幅提高試驗實(shí)施質(zhì)效,不僅可推廣應用至其他類(lèi)型水雷的打擊概率試驗評定中,還可在一定程度上指導火箭上浮水雷的研制和設計。

    Abstract:

    Currently the test evaluation of rocket floating mine’s strike probability is difficult, highly cost and lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation model. Aiming at solve this Currently the test evaluation of rocket floating mine’s strike probability is difficult, highly safety risk and cost, lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation model. Aiming at solve this problem, this paper proposed a sci-entific and feasible strike probability calculation method witch is established by using error analysis and mathematical statistics method though analysis the working and attacking process of rocket floating mine and the principle of Underwater Non-Contact Explosion damage. Then by solving the problems of measurement error correction and sample size allocation in the process of engineering implementation of test evaluation, a reasonable test and evaluation scheme of strike probability that can be applied in practical engineering in the field of mine test evaluation is generated. The scheme solves the problem of strike probability assessment of rocket floating mine witch can attack at any point in the blocked area. This scheme can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of test implementation while ensuring the quality of test evaluation. It can not only be applied to the test evaluation of strike probability of other types of mines, but also guide the development and design of rocket floating mines to a certain extent.
