    摘要:

    飛行姿態(tài)控制系統作為飛機姿態(tài)控制的重要組成部分,對飛機起降、空中姿態(tài)調整具有重要影響。為快速建立液壓作動(dòng)系統數值計算模型、飛行員操縱及控制單元、舵面及起落架演示單元等實(shí)驗實(shí)物環(huán)節,基于 Automation Studio液壓設計及仿真專(zhuān)用軟件,設計與開(kāi)發(fā)了某型飛機飛行姿態(tài)控制系統的半物理仿真實(shí)驗平臺。給出了飛行姿態(tài)控制系統半物理仿真平臺軟總體方案、硬件組成、工作原理及開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)驗流程。最后,以飛機方向舵為例,開(kāi)發(fā)了包括液壓油油箱、液壓馬達、控制閥門(mén)、作動(dòng)筒及管道、溢流閥、限位開(kāi)關(guān)等裝置的數值計算模型,液壓閥位置數字PID調節器,結合舵面及其加載演示系統PLC控制程序,配合現場(chǎng)人員的實(shí)際操控動(dòng)作,開(kāi)展了方向舵液壓作動(dòng)隨動(dòng)控制系統半物理仿真實(shí)驗研究,試驗并分析了飛機機翼液壓作動(dòng)系統位置隨動(dòng)過(guò)程中的運行工況,并記錄關(guān)鍵的實(shí)驗數據曲線(xiàn),為飛行姿態(tài)控制系統研究提供了一種直觀(guān)的仿真及分析實(shí)驗方法。

    Abstract:

    Abstract As an important part of aircraft attitude control, flight attitude control system impacts on aircraft takeoff and landing and air attitude adjustment. In order to quickly establish the numerical calculation model of hydraulic actuation system, pilot control and control unit, rudder and landing gear demonstration unit, and other experimental physical links, a semi physical simulation experimental platform of flight attitude control system of an aircraft is designed and developed based on the special software for hydraulic design and Simulation of automation studio. The overall software scheme, hardware composition, working principle, development , and experimental flow of the semi -physical simulation platform of a flight attitude control system are given. Finally, taking the aircraft rudder as an example, the numerical calculation model including a hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic motor, control valve, actuator and pipeline, overflow valve, limit switch and other devices, the digital PID regulator of hydraulic valve position, combined with the PLC control program of the rudder surface and its loading demonstration system, and combined with the actual control action of field personnel, the semi-physical simulation experiment of the rudder hydraulic actuation follow-up control system is carried out, The operating conditions in the position follow-up process of aircraft wing hydraulic actuator system are tested and analyzed, and the key experimental data curves are recorded, which provides an intuitive simulation and analysis experimental method for the research of flight attitude control system.
