    摘要:

    為研究表面織構的形狀、大小、位置、排列與空化現象發(fā)生的關(guān)系,結合流體動(dòng)力學(xué)和摩擦學(xué)等理論,擬設計以活塞裙部-缸套為模型建立檢測表面織構在摩擦時(shí)發(fā)生空化現象的裝置;由于空化泡發(fā)生的瞬時(shí)性,設計一種基于Raspberry Pi樹(shù)莓派微型計算機的空化設備控制系統,降低系統的延時(shí)性,準確地采集到數據進(jìn)而分析得出結論;采用TLC549CP A/D數據采集器、膜盒式傳感器、OSG030-815UM超高速工業(yè)攝像機組成檢測系統,分別對溫度、壓力、圖像的輸出參數進(jìn)行采集;通過(guò)Java語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)的空化參數采集平臺對空化現象發(fā)生參數進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)計算并顯示;與樹(shù)莓派原系統相比,優(yōu)化后的系統可以準確地采集到空化發(fā)生時(shí)的參數,并且有低延時(shí)性和優(yōu)異的穩定性,能夠降低延時(shí)到1.73ms,降低了約81%。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the relationship between the shape, size, position, arrangement of surface texture and the occurrence of cavitation, combined with theories of fluid dynamics and tribology, it is proposed to design a device to detect the cavitation phenomenon of surface texture during friction by using the piston skirt-cylinder liner as a model; Due to the instantaneous nature of cavitation bubbles, a cavitation equipment control system based on Raspberry Pi microcomputer is designed to reduce the delay of the system, accurately collect data and then analyze and draw conclusions; The detection system is composed of TLC549CP A/D data collector, capsule sensor, OSG030-815UM ultra-high-speed industrial camera, and the output parameters of temperature, pressure and image are collected respectively; the cavitation parameter collection platform developed by Java language Calculate and display the parameters of cavitation phenomenon in real time; Compared with the original system of Raspberry Pi, the optimized system can accurately collect the parameters when cavitation occurs, and has low latency and excellent stability, which can reduce the delay to 1.73ms, a reduction of about 81%.
