    摘要:

    彈丸的膛內運動(dòng)參數可以反映火炮工作狀態(tài)特性,針對常規火炮彈丸內彈道運動(dòng)測速需求,設計了基于MEMS加速度傳感器和姿態(tài)傳感器的膛內慣性測速系統。采用Kalman濾波和四元數姿態(tài)解算算法對傳感器數據進(jìn)行FPGA片上處理,實(shí)現了從彈丸擠進(jìn)到出膛運動(dòng)過(guò)程的時(shí)間記錄,成功獲取彈丸內彈道運動(dòng)過(guò)程中加速度、速度和位移變化。實(shí)驗結果表明,相對激光區截測速方法,本系統出膛速率測量誤差小于2.93%;相對火炮身管原參數,出膛位移測量誤差小于1.85%,為內彈道過(guò)程彈丸運動(dòng)參數測量獲取提供了技術(shù)支持,對火炮系統設計評估具有重要意義。

    Abstract:

    The motion parameters of the projectile in the bore can reflect the working state characteristics of the artillery. Aiming at the speed measurement requirements of the interior ballistic motion of the conventional artillery projectile, an inertial velocity measurement system in the bore based on MEMS acceleration sensor and attitude sensor is designed. Kalman filtering and quaternion attitude algorithm are used to process the sensor data on FPGA chip, realizing the time recording of the movement process from the projectile squeezing in to the chamber exit, and successfully obtaining the acceleration, velocity and displacement changes in the interior ballistic movement process of the projectile. The experimental results show that the measurement error of the exit velocity of the system is less than 2.93% compared with the laser zone cut velocity measurement method; Compared with the original parameters of the gun barrel, the measurement error of the bore out displacement is less than 1.85%, which provides technical support for the measurement and acquisition of the projectile motion parameters in the interior ballistic process, and is of great significance to the design and evaluation of the gun system.
