    摘要:

    針對X頻段多波束有源相控陣系統的高集成、小型化、多波束等需求,設計了一款高集成、小型化的瓦片式八波束接收組件,該組件基于多層印制板技術(shù),縱向實(shí)現了眾多有源器件以及八套波束合路網(wǎng)絡(luò )高密度布局,實(shí)現了組件的高集成化;針對組件的八波束合成需求,基于Wilkinson功分器的形式設計了一款小型化的高效合路網(wǎng)絡(luò ),在7.5-9 GHz范圍內,其插入損耗小于13 dB,端口間隔離度小于-20 dB,輸出駐波比小于1.2,通道間幅相一致性良好;為降低組件內部信號的傳輸損耗,對組件內部的垂直互聯(lián)結構進(jìn)行了建模分析,得到不同結構參數對其傳輸性能的影響,通過(guò)優(yōu)化結構參數的方法實(shí)現信號的低損耗傳輸。在此基礎上對組件進(jìn)行了加工實(shí)現,經(jīng)測試,在7.5-9 GHz范圍內,組件輸出通道增益大于18 dB,輸出駐波比小于1.5,通道間相位一致性小于±5°,尺寸僅有80 mm × 80 mm × 7.66 mm。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the requirements of high integration, miniaturization and multi-beam of X-band multi-beam active phased array system, a highly integrated and miniaturized tile-type eight-beam receiving component is designed. The component is based on multi-layer printed circuit board technology. The high-density layout of many active devices and eight sets of beam combined network is realized vertically, and the high integration of the component is realized. Aiming at the eight-beam synthesis requirement of the module, a miniaturized broadband combining network is designed based on the form of Wilkinson power divider. In the range of 7.5-9 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 1 dB, the isolation between ports is less than-20 dB, and the standing wave ratio is less than 1.2. The amplitude and phase consistency between channels is good. In order to reduce the transmission loss of the signal inside the component, the vertical interconnection structure inside the component is modeled and analyzed, and the influence of different structural parameters on its transmission performance is obtained. The low loss transmission of the signal is realized by optimizing the structural parameters. On this basis, the module is fabricated and tested. In the range of 7.5-9 GHz, the output channel gain of the module is greater than 18 dB, the output standing wave ratio is less than 1.5, the phase consistency between channels is less than ± 5 °, and the size is only 80 mm × 80 mm × 7.66 mm.
